i moved here in 2012 but finding it hard to meet new friends despite living in an apartment block of 60 flats and neighbours are of similar age!

I am a Former Metropolitan Police Officer who changed career in 1995 and trained to become a Personal Trainer and Fitness Professional who is also qualified to teach Aqua, Spin, Bootcamp and CrossFit. Friends describe me as a Kind, Caring,Considerate, Fun loving and down to earth guy who has a Beautiful Heart, A wicked sense of humour and Cooks Awesome noodles, while being Fit as Hell or so I've been told!
