Hi

I’m Shanaz I’m 59 and live in Portishead near Bristol.

i moved here in 2012 but finding it hard to meet new friends despite living in an apartment block of 60 flats and neighbours are of similar age!

I go the gym a few times a week and enjoy walking but mostly around Portishead as it is very beautiful.

I enjoy reading but mostly on heath and diet, I have recently got into intermittent fasting and follow nutritional doctors on You Tube and have learned quite a lot about the human body and have managed to lose all my menopausal belly fat through fasting !

i would love to meet some new friends either near or far

Hi Shanaz I love Dr Berry on youtube and intermittent fasting and keto is amazing for the molecular system I have recently gone from keto to Carnivore three weeks now, we really do feel the difference and healthier fasting is fantastic I usually do a 16.8 on my work days.
